It is our mission to adorn & empower women by making genuine, high-quality pearl jewelry that’s both classic and contemporary by making it accessible to every woman regardless of her age, her wealth or her status. Our jewelry will dispel the myth that surrounds pearls while maintaining the mystique.
Cultivating a Brand
For over 70 years, the Honora brand has been grounded in two beliefs: that pearls are nature’s most GLORIOUS wonders and that they are the birthright of every woman.
The natural iridescence of a Freshwater Pearl, aka its Luster, refers to the way light plays against the surface of the pearl. Like the incredible women who wear Honora, nothing can dim its magnificent inner glow. The reflective powers of pearls make them the most flattering gems to wear against skin.
Pearls have long been considered the ultimate symbol of affluence and social standing. In ancient times they were reserved ONLY for royalty and laws were even put into place that forbade anyone but nobility from wearing them.
At Honora, we believe that we are not our best if we are not including everyone, and it is our mission to empower ALL women (that means you, your mother, and your grandmother) and to deliver them all the pearls they deserve.
Honora has led the industry in reinventing the perception of pearls, making them accessible to everyone. We’ve been working with nature to create fun, funky, modern and colorful pearls that are available at incredibly affordable prices. This allows everyone to experiment with their vast assortment of shapes, styles, rainbow combinations and designs.

History of Honora
1946 - Honora brand is launched!
1995 - Honora decides as a brand to focus ONLY on pearls, moving away from colored stones and diamonds.
1997 - Honora partnered with QVC for the first time!
2000 - Honora begins dying pearls!
2010 - Honora Happy Backs are developed!
2013 - Honora joins forces with Richline Jewelry, a Berkshire Hathaway company.
2016 - Honora Celebrates our 70th Anniversary as a company!
